I am a licensed aesthetician with over 19 years of experience. Prior to working as an aesthetician , I worked as a medical assistant in dermatology. This has provided me with extensive clinical training in treating different skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, and age related changes our skin experiences. My experiences have fostered an amazing talent to blend medical skin care experience with a gifted aesthetic sense. I am trained in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. To stay on top of the latest advances in the industry, I regularly attend continuing education courses and skin care trainings, at both the local and national level. Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice you will be charged 20% of the amount of the service booked to the credit card on file. If no credit card is on file or if it has expired or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay the fee before we can schedule any future appointments.
For all treatments, a no-show is considered as not showing up for the appointment at all, contacting me after the appointment start time, and anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% of the value for their “missed” appointment. If no credit card is on file or declines you will be invoiced through my booking system for the missed appointment and the invoice must be paid before any other appointments will be scheduled in the future.
Late Policy:
If you are late for your appointment, your appointment will not be extended, it will end on time according to the originally booked time and you will be charged in full as if you showed up on time. Please note that depending upon how late you arrive, I might not have enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
